Role & Responsibilities
- Manage employee personnel files for permanent staff (CDI), fixed-term contracts (CDD), apprentices, interns, and casual staff (Extras)
- Draft, prepare, and execute employment contracts and contract amendments
- Oversee hiring procedures and onboarding administration
- Track and coordinate employee benefits, health insurance, and medical visits
- Monitor employee accommodation arrangements and probationary periods
- Process administrative correspondence and workplace accident reports
- Maintain compliance with French labor law and employment regulations
- Manage employee welfare spaces including locker rooms and break areas
- Prepare HR tracking reports and administrative dashboards
- Ensure all team members have necessary workplace materials and resources
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate +2 or +3 qualification in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Employment Law
- Minimum 3 years of personnel administration experience
- Expert knowledge of administrative personnel management including DPAE filings, contracts, amendments, file management, and various employment attestations
- Strong understanding of French employment law and social legislation
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with office software, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with payroll software systems

Minimum 3 years of personnel administration experience, preferably within luxury hospitality.
Education
Baccalaureate +2 or +3 qualification in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Employment Law.
