Cheval Blanc St-Barth, the iconic Caribbean palace hotel, seeks a Housekeeping Technician to serve as the logistical backbone of the housekeeping operation. This role is essential to maintaining the impeccable standards of the 61-room ultra-luxury property, ensuring seamless preparation and provisioning of floor offices, linen management, and cleanliness throughout service areas and corridors. The successful candidate will enable the chambermaid and valet teams to deliver the personalized luxury experience for which Cheval Blanc is renowned.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and continuously provision floor offices with pristine linens, welcome amenities, and essential supplies for chambermaid and valet teams
- Manage linen circulation and inventory between housekeeping, laundry, and service areas with precision and efficiency
- Maintain spotless cleanliness and order in service corridors, back-of-house areas, and service elevators
- Proactively monitor facilities and report anomalies or maintenance issues to ensure operational safety and functionality
- Coordinate supply replenishment schedules to support continuous daily service standards
- Support the overall well-being and efficiency of housekeeping teams by ensuring they have all necessary resources
