Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and supervise housekeeping teams dedicated to guest floors and public areas
- Collaborate with butlers to ensure personalized, bespoke service delivery
- Oversee the preparation, maintenance, and refreshment of all guest accommodations with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor and troubleshoot intelligent room systems to ensure optimal guest experience
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all property spaces, from suites to service areas
- Cultivate an exceptional service culture within assigned teams, anticipating and addressing guest needs proactively
Qualifications
- Advanced hospitality management training or formal housekeeping education
- Fluent English and French (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience or familiarity with Opera Cloud and Knowcross systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards (preferred)

Entry-level hospitality professional or recent graduate with exposure to luxury hotel operations; foundational knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector
Education
Advanced diploma or degree in Hotel Management or equivalent housekeeping/guest services training programme
