Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping teams dedicated to guest rooms and public areas, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Collaborate with butlers to deliver personalized, tailor-made service aligned with individual guest preferences
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with meticulous attention to detail and proactive service delivery
- Manage the operation of intelligent building systems and guest room technologies
- Monitor and maintain all guest-facing and service spaces to reflect the property's uncompromising commitment to excellence
- Lead and develop housekeeping team members with emphasis on mentorship, skill advancement, and service excellence

Qualifications
