Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and supervise housekeeping teams dedicated to guest floors and public areas
- Collaborate closely with Majordomes to deliver personalized, bespoke service
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure every detail contributes to creating unforgettable experiences
- Maintain meticulous attention to cleanliness and presentation standards across all guest-facing and service areas
- Oversee the preparation and refreshment of guest rooms and suites

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping operations
