Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate housekeeping and public area teams dedicated to the highest standards of guest service delivery
- Collaborate with Majordomes to ensure customized, anticipatory service that transforms each guest experience into a lasting memory
- Oversee the preparation, refresh, and maintenance of all guest rooms, suites, and villas with exacting attention to detail
- Manage intelligent building systems and ensure seamless functionality across all property infrastructure
- Develop and mentor housekeeping staff with emphasis on transmission of values and continuous team improvement
- Maintain rigorous quality control across all spaces, from premium suites to back-of-house service areas
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +3 (or equivalent) in hospitality management
- Minimum 5 years' direct experience in luxury hotel housekeeping operations
- Deep knowledge of ultra-luxury hospitality sector standards and protocols
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and OPÉRA property management system
- Demonstrated excellence in team leadership, mentorship, and staff development

Education
