Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks an internship candidate to join its housekeeping team at this ultra-luxury Caribbean palace.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and coordinate housekeeping teams dedicated to guest floors under supervision
- Collaborate closely with butlers and senior housekeeping staff to deliver customized guest service
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with meticulous attention and discretion
- Oversee the preparation, refreshing, and maintenance of guestrooms, suites, and villas
- Ensure seamless operation of intelligent room systems and guest-facing technology
- Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, presentation, and detail across all property spaces
- Support senior management in implementing housekeeping protocols and quality assurance measures
- Coordinate with the governance team on operational initiatives and guest experience enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in hospitality management or related field
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in a luxury hospitality property
- Strong knowledge of ultra-luxury hotel operations and service standards
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera property management system
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a high-touch service environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
