Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate housekeeping and public space teams dedicated to delivering bespoke guest experiences
- Collaborate closely with the Accommodation Manager to ensure personalized, anticipatory service standards
- Oversee meticulous preparation and refreshment of guest suites and common areas with keen attention to detail
- Ensure optimal functioning of intelligent room systems and guest technology
- Foster team development with a focus on transmission of excellence and departmental growth
- Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, precision, and service orientation across all property areas
Qualifications
- BAC+2 qualification in hotel management or equivalent hospitality education
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel housekeeping operations
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera property management system
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury hotel sector practices and expectations
