Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Housekeeping Manager. Lead housekeeping teams at a 5-star luxury hotel in Courchevel, France. Full-time fixed-term position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate housekeeping teams dedicated to guest floors and public areas
- Collaborate closely with Butlers to ensure bespoke, personalized service delivery
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure proper functioning and monitoring of intelligent building systems
- Maintain exacting standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest-facing and service areas
- Anticipate and address guest needs to create memorable and distinguished experiences
- Supervise team performance and foster a culture of excellence and service-oriented values
Qualifications
- BAC+2 qualification in hospitality or hotel management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping or guest floor operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and operations
- Advanced English proficiency (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera property management system
- Excellent organizational and team management capabilities
