Role & Responsibilities

• Learn and support floor housekeeping operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and presentation of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
• Ensure strict adherence to internal procedures, hygiene standards, and luxury hospitality excellence protocols
• Participate in room inspections and coordinate maintenance interventions with technical teams
• Assist housekeepers in daily department management and staff training within the housekeeping department
• Monitor and maintain storage areas, linen management systems, and office supplies in pristine condition
• Support the Head Housekeeper and floor supervisors in operational decision-making and quality assurance activities

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in hospitality management, hotel management, or specialized hospitality programs (Bac+2 to Bac+4, including BTS MHR, Bachelor, or equivalent hospitality school)
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in accommodation services or guest floors, ideally in luxury hospitality or palace hotels
• Proficiency in standard office software and foundational hotel management systems
• Advanced professional English (written and spoken); knowledge of a second foreign language is highly valued

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level with preference for at least one prior internship or first employment in accommodation services or guest floors, ideally within luxury hospitality or palace hotels.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed education in hospitality management, hotel management, or equivalent specialized programs (Bac+2 to Bac+4 level, such as BTS MHR, Bachelor degree, or hospitality school diploma).
