Cheval Blanc St-Barth (Saint Barthélemy) is seeking a Housekeeping Intern to support rooms teams and butlers in delivering bespoke guest service.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate floor teams responsible for guest rooms, ensuring punctual preparation, refreshment and presentation of suites and villas.
  • Collaborate closely with Majordomes (butlers) to deliver bespoke, anticipatory service tailored to each guest.
  • Conduct systematic room inspections and quality-control checks to maintain exacting standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist in the operation and troubleshooting of in-room smart systems and ensure all technical amenities are guest-ready.
  • Contribute to team organisation and communication; participate in briefings, handovers and the transmission of best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor-level education in hospitality management or equivalent (BAC+3).
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in an upscale or luxury hotel is desirable.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera property management system.

Experience
