Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and meticulous upkeep of guest suites, villas, and shared spaces in accordance with Palace-level quality standards
- Prepare and refresh guest accommodations with precision, ensuring all amenities, furnishings, and equipment are in flawless condition
- Observe guest preferences and habits attentively, communicating insights to management to enable tailored, anticipatory service
- Conduct regular inspections of guest spaces, immediately reporting any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or concerns affecting guest comfort and safety
- Perform deep cleaning and specialized care of luxury furnishings, fixtures, and décor as directed
- Exercise discretion and professionalism at all times, maintaining confidentiality and composure in all guest interactions
