Cheval Blanc Porto Cervo seeks a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain luxury standards across guest rooms and common areas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and communal areas according to Cheval Blanc standards
- Replace and replenish guest amenities, linens, and towels
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to the housekeeping supervisor
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and preferences
- Maintain organized and well-stocked cleaning supplies and materials
- Adhere to health, safety, and hotel policies and procedures
- Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless service to guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping or similar experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to premium cleanliness standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
