Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain pristine cleanliness and impeccable presentation of guest rooms and suites to Palace standards, ensuring every detail meets the highest expectations
• Conduct thorough room inspections and detailed maintenance checks, promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions or anomalies to housekeeping management
• Observe and document guest preferences and habits to enable anticipatory, personalized service; communicate these insights to housekeeping supervisors and guest-facing teams
• Execute all housekeeping tasks with meticulous attention to detail, including room turnover, deep cleaning, and suite preparation
• Maintain discretion and composure while observing guest privacy; provide unobtrusive, reactive service that ensures a memorable stay

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of prior housekeeping or guest room maintenance experience in luxury hospitality
• Demonstrated expertise in five-star hotel standards and protocols
• Strong command of English (spoken)
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive housekeeping team
