Role & Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Clean corridors and service areas.
- Replenish rooms with fresh linens and toiletries.
- Ensure all room functionalities are checked according to hotel procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Floor Supervisor.
- Prepare rooms for the night according to hotel standards.
- Maintain optimal stock levels on housekeeping carts with necessary amenities and cleaning supplies.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate their needs to the Butler service.
- Inform management of any unusual situations regarding guest safety or potential accidents.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
