Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate condition of guest accommodations, including regular cleaning and thorough preparation of rooms and suites in accordance with Palace 5-star standards
- Observe guest routines and preferences attentively in order to anticipate their needs and communicate insights to Housekeeping management for personalized service delivery
- Inspect all equipment and facilities within assigned rooms for proper functionality and safety; immediately report any anomalies or maintenance concerns
- Execute detailed, punctual room turnover with meticulous attention to linens, amenities, furnishings, and décor to ensure each space reflects the property's luxury positioning
- Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and attention to guest privacy throughout all service interactions
- Respond rapidly to guest requests and special needs with flexibility and proactive problem-solving within the housekeeping remit
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verified housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of Palace or ultra-luxury hotel operating standards and protocols
