Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks Housekeeper to lead housekeeping teams at ultra-luxury Caribbean palace. BAC+3 in hospitality, 5+ years luxury hotel experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate housekeeping teams dedicated to guest floors and public areas
- Collaborate with Majordomes to ensure personalized, seamless guest service
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences to transform stays into memorable experiences
- Oversee preparation, maintenance, and refresh of guest rooms and suites
- Manage and troubleshoot smart systems within guest accommodations
- Maintain meticulous standards of cleanliness and presentation across all property spaces, from premium suites to discreet service areas
- Lead and develop housekeeping staff through coaching and knowledge transfer
- Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality protocols and operational standards
Qualifications
- BAC+3 (or equivalent) in hotel management or hospitality
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in housekeeping operations within luxury hotels
- Deep knowledge of ultra-luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera property management systems
- Demonstrated excellence in meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop hospitality teams

Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in housekeeping roles within luxury hospitality environments. Demonstrated progression within housekeeping operations is essential.
Education
BAC+3 qualification in hotel management, hospitality, or related discipline.
