Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Host for Café Louis Vuitton in Paris. Fixed-term contract, luxury hospitality experience required, fluent English and French.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide warm, refined welcome and seating for restaurant guests, embodying the art of receiving and exceptional service delivery
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring complete satisfaction
- Manage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, optimizing table occupancy while accommodating specific guest requirements
- Maintain rigorous administrative follow-up of reservations and coordinate group dining requests with relevant teams
- Serve as an ambassador for the Maison, creating memorable experiences from greeting through departure, including coat check coordination
- Promote Cheval Blanc restaurants and hotel dining events
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in hospitality or restaurant management, or LEA qualification
- Demonstrable knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments
- Minimum one prior internship or position in a similar establishment
- Fluent English and French (oral and written); proficiency in a third language is advantageous
- Proficiency with Seven Rooms reservation management software
- Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset

Minimum three years of experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant service.
Education
BEP, CAP, BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management, or equivalent qualification in languages and international relations (LEA).
