Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and schedule a team of Ambassadors to deliver a consistently exceptional welcome and personalised guest service from arrival to departure.
- Collaborate closely with Concierges, Butlers (Majordomes) and Housekeeping to ensure seamless, bespoke service and intra-departmental coordination.
- Uphold and implement Cheval Blanc service standards and operating procedures; ensure attention to detail across all guest touchpoints.
- Manage front office operations including check-in/check-out, billing and reconciliation; ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Anticipate guest needs, deliver expert advice on hotel services and amenities, and drive incremental revenue through tailored upselling.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, guest engagement techniques and the use of Opera Cloud.
- Resolve guest incidents with discretion and professionalism while preserving the Maison’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Luxury Hospitality or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum three years’ experience in guest reception/front office roles within luxury hotels, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities; capacity to motivate and develop front‑of‑house teams.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud or equivalent property management systems.
- Impeccable service orientation, strong interpersonal skills and a professional, discreet demeanour.
- Organisational rigor, time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic hotel environment.
