Role & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and supervise housekeeping teams dedicated to guest floors and public areas in close collaboration with Butlers and hotel ambassadors
• Craft and deliver bespoke guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling the individualized desires of each guest
• Maintain exacting standards of detail across all spaces—from presidential suites to discrete service areas—ensuring alignment with the Maison's unwavering commitment to excellence
• Oversee the preparation, refresh, and maintenance of guest rooms and ensure optimal functioning of intelligent building systems
• Manage housekeeping operations with meticulous attention to aesthetics, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor the housekeeping team through clear communication, pedagogical approach, and diplomatic management
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of the Cheval Blanc experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality housekeeping operations
• BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration (option A mercatique et gestion hôtelière) or equivalent hospitality management qualification
• BP Gouvernante or CAP Services Hôteliers certification
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Mastery of Opera Cloud property management system
• Proven expertise in interior design and aesthetic coordination
• Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and organizational management

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping, with demonstrable expertise in managing premium guest accommodations and leading housekeeping teams in high-end properties.

Education

BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration (option A mercatique et gestion hôtelière), Baccalauréat technologie hôtellerie, BP Gouvernante, or CAP Services Hôteliers. Equivalent luxury hospitality management qualification acceptable.
