Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Head Housekeeper in Paris (CDI, full-time) to lead housekeeping teams and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and coordinate housekeeping teams assigned to guest floors and public areas to deliver impeccable presentation and seamless service.
- Collaborate closely with Majordomes/Butlers to deliver bespoke, anticipatory guest experiences and to manage special requests.
- Oversee daily room preparation, turndown and refresh procedures, ensuring all suites and public spaces meet maison standards.
- Manage quality control, inspection rounds and corrective actions to uphold the property’s standards of excellence and attention to detail.
- Ensure proper operation and upkeep of intelligent room systems and liaise with technical teams when required.
- Organise staffing, rosters and handovers to maintain service continuity (four days on / three days off rhythm).
- Conduct on‑the‑job training, performance reviews and maintain team harmony through tactful leadership and clear communication.
- Control housekeeping inventories, uniforms and cleaning supplies; coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping within luxury or high‑end hotels, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Formal hospitality qualifications preferred: BTS Hôtellerie‑Restauration, Bac Tech Hôtellerie, BP Gouvernante, or CAP Services Hôteliers.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong organisational and initiative skills.
- Excellent presentation, diplomacy and guest‑service orientation; rigorous attention to detail.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).

Experience
At least 3 years of progressive housekeeping experience in luxury hotel environments, including demonstrated team leadership and operational oversight of guest rooms and public areas.
Education
Hospitality diploma or vocational qualification preferred (BTS Hôtellerie‑Restauration, Bac Technologie Hôtellerie, BP Gouvernante, or CAP Services Hôteliers).
