Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee guest reception, handle residents’ bespoke requests, coordinate exceptional services and manage the daily operation of the concierge department.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and the standards of excellence expected in luxury hospitality.
• Manage guest relations by coordinating complex requests, developing a network of preferred partners and ensuring highly personalized service.
• Help lead, train and unite the concierge team by coordinating its work, relaying information and passing on the Maison’s expertise.
• Keep the concierge areas impeccably organized and elegant throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar role as Head Concierge, Les Clefs d’Or Concierge or Assistant Head Concierge, ideally in luxury hotels, palaces or five-star establishments.
• Degree-level training in hospitality, hotel and restaurant management or tourism, at Bac+2 to Bac+3 level, such as a BTS in Tourism or a hotel-management diploma.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is essential.
• Knowledge of one or more additional foreign languages is an important prerequisite for supporting an international clientele.
• A well-developed network of contacts and excellent knowledge of cultural, artistic and gastronomic offerings.
• Natural leadership, outstanding interpersonal skills and strong representational presence suited to the Maison’s elegance and prestige.
• Rigor, organizational skills and precision to provide a swift, seamless response tailored to each request, including complex ones.
• Responsiveness, diplomacy and flexibility to manage unexpected situations, handle stress and adapt to variable schedules.
• Strong customer-service orientation, discretion, resourcefulness and a passion for the art of hospitality.

Experience

At least 4 years in a similar role; the ATS also gives a minimum of 3 years.

Education

Bac+2 to Bac+3 training in hospitality, hotel and restaurant management or tourism, such as a BTS in Tourism or a hotel-management diploma.
