Cheval Blanc Seychelles seeks an experienced Majordome for its luxury beachfront resort. French and English fluency required; 3+ years hospitality experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services and hospitality across all resort touchpoints with meticulous attention to detail
- Execute Front Office duties while anticipating guest needs and preferences in a luxury resort environment
- Manage guest interactions with confidence, charm, and professionalism in English and French
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, grooming, and etiquette in accordance with Cheval Blanc brand standards
- Respond flexibly and proactively to guest requests and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
Qualifications
- Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or completion of a recognized hotel school programme
- Fluency in English and French (both spoken and professional)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting in a similar role
- Food & Beverage service background is advantageous
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a high-paced luxury environment
