Cheval Blanc Courchevel is seeking a Hair Stylist to create personalised hair and well-being experiences for guests, from consultation and recommendations to technical services and maintaining an impeccable workspace. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and identify their needs and expectations through a personalised consultation.
- Recommend suitable services and products, sharing expertise and passion for the craft.
- Perform haircuts, styling, blow-dries, hair treatments and hairstyles tailored to each guest’s preferences, in keeping with the Maison’s standards of excellence.
- Prepare the workspace, maintain equipment and ensure the environment remains welcoming, elegant and impeccable.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards to ensure guests’ comfort and well-being throughout their experience.
Qualifications
- CAP, vocational baccalaureate or BTS qualification in Hairdressing.
- Knowledge of the luxury spa environment.
- Mastery of haircutting, styling, blow-drying, colouring and hair-treatment techniques.
- Ability to conduct personalised consultations and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Fluent spoken and written English and French.
- Adherence to hygiene standards.

Skills
Experience
At least 2 years in a similar establishment; the profile also states a minimum of 3 years.
