Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly receive guests, identifying their needs and expectations through personalized consultation
• Advise guests on the most suitable treatments, services, and haircare products, demonstrating expertise and passion for the craft
• Execute with precision cuts, styling, brushing, coloration, and specialized hair care treatments tailored to each guest's preferences and the standards of excellence required by the Maison
• Prepare and maintain the work station with meticulous care, ensuring equipment is pristine and the environment remains welcoming, elegant, and impeccable
• Apply rigorous hygiene and safety standards throughout all service delivery to ensure guest comfort and well-being
• Contribute to an exceptional guest experience through discretion, elegance, and a collaborative team spirit

Qualifications

• CAP, Bac Professionnel, or BTS in Hair and Beauty or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar luxury hospitality establishment
• Mastery of cutting, styling, brushing, coloration, and hair care techniques
• Ability to conduct personalized hair analysis and recommend appropriate services and products
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of and passion for the luxury spa environment and guest-centric service
• Impeccable standards of hygiene and professional presentation

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience working as a hair stylist or salon specialist in a luxury hospitality, spa, or high-end beauty environment. Demonstrated expertise in all core hair services and a proven track record of delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences.

Education

CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle), Bac Professionnel, or BTS in Métiers de la Coiffure or equivalent professional qualification in hair and beauty.
