The Guest Services Manager leads the Front Office department and related Majordome and guest services, ensuring smooth operations, sales performance and guest satisfaction in line with Cheval Blanc standards. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role requiring at least 3 years of experience, including significant hotel experience with a minimum of 2 years.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department and related Majordome and general guest services.
- Achieve maximum sales and guest satisfaction while adhering to Cheval Blanc service standards.
- Lead by example.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of property management software, such as Opera and Material Control.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of Ambassadeurs.
- Computer literacy and excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and a strong commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges effectively.
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive work culture that supports teamwork and high performance.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.
- Thoroughness, sound organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities independently.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly those spoken by the Maison’s international clientele, is an advantage.
