Guest Relations Manager – Restaurant at Cheval Blanc Paris, an LVMH luxury hospitality brand. Full-time role in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with refinement and warmth, directing them to their tables or preferred dining spaces
- Manage reservation requests via telephone, email, and in-person, optimizing restaurant occupancy while accommodating specific guest requirements
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience, from seating through departure
- Maintain meticulous administrative oversight of all reservations, communicating effectively with relevant departments and coordinating group requests
- Serve as an ambassador for the Maison, promoting the restaurant and special dining events hosted by the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties
- Oversee coat check and front-of-house logistics to enhance the overall guest journey
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in hospitality and food service, or equivalent LEA qualification
- Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining establishments
- Minimum first-hand experience (internship or previous role) in a similar upscale environment
- Fluent English and French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with the Seven Rooms reservation management system
- Third language proficiency preferred

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments, including at least one prior role in a comparable setting.
Education
BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in hospitality and food service (hôtellerie/restauration) or equivalent LEA qualification.
