Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and coordinate the arrival and departure of guests with meticulous attention to detail and warmth
- Collaborate closely with concierge, butlers, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless, bespoke service delivery
- Embody the Maison's values from check-in through billing, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and graciousness throughout the guest journey
- Anticipate guest needs and offer expert advice by mastering and applying the property's quality standards
- Optimize revenue through personalized interactions by leveraging deep knowledge of premium services and demonstrated talent for strategic upselling
- Manage guest relations while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (BAC +4/5) in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration
- Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in the same or equivalent guest relations role
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Third language proficiency preferred (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or Portuguese)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms systems preferred
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in relationship-building and interpersonal communication
- Recognized for discretion, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail

Experience
Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in guest relations, front office management, or equivalent hospitality role within a luxury property.
Education
Advanced degree (BAC +4/5) in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or Gestion (Hotel & Hospitality Management).
