Cheval Blanc St-Barth is hiring a Guest Relations Intern in Saint Barthélemy; internship focused on personalised guest service and cross-department coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Guest Relation Managers in delivering a personalised welcome and maintaining continuous attentiveness to high-profile guests throughout their stay.
- Analyse guest profiles and preferences to contribute to tailored experiences and bespoke service proposals.
- Anticipate guest needs and participate in developing creative, pragmatic solutions to service requests and occasional incidents.
- Foster trust and rapport with guests, encouraging feedback and ensuring concerns are communicated and resolved.
- Coordinate closely with Duty Managers and cross-functional teams (F&B, Spa, Concierge, Housekeeping) to ensure a coherent guest journey.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to guest relations, including file updates and internal briefings.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma in hospitality, tourism or management (equivalent to Bac+2) or current enrolment in a related programme.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a third language is a strong advantage.
- A first internship or exposure to luxury hotel operations is recommended but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to maintain discretion, exercise cultural sensitivity and deliver ultra-personalised service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to precision and detail.
