Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Guest Relations Associate — Restaurant (Langosteria) in Paris. Front‑of‑house role in a luxury hotel restaurant.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, refined welcome to guests and embody the Maison’s Art de recevoir from arrival through departure.
  • Assist the F&B Manager in front-of-house coordination, seating, cloakroom operations and guest placement to optimise dining room occupancy.
  • Manage reservations and enquiries by telephone, email and in person, ensuring accurate administrative follow-through and coordination with operational teams.
  • Anticipate guest needs, deliver personalised service, and respond to special requests and group bookings while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Promote the hotel’s restaurants and culinary events, liaise with internal teams to coordinate VIPs and special occasions.

Qualifications

  • BEP/CAP/BAC Pro in hospitality/restaurant operations or degree in Applied Foreign Languages (LEA) or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Experience in luxury hotel or starred restaurant environments; a first professional placement or internship in a similar setting is required as foundation.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Seven Rooms reservation platform.
  • Demonstrated service mindset: empathy, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, availability and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Experience
