Cheval Blanc (LVMH) in Paris seeks a Restaurant Host for Café Louis Vuitton — fixed‑term, front‑of‑house role in luxury hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, refined welcome and embody the maison’s ‘Art de recevoir’ from arrival to departure.
- Assist the F&B Manager with front‑of‑house operations, guest seating, cloakroom management and flow of service.
- Manage reservations by phone, email and in person; optimise seating and occupancy while accommodating specific guest requirements.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure personalised, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
- Perform rigorous administrative follow‑up of bookings, coordinate group requests and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Promote the hotel’s restaurants and F&B events to guests and support in‑house marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in hospitality: BEP/CAP/BAC Pro in hospitality/restaurant or degree in Applied Languages (LEA) acceptable.
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in luxury hospitality or a Michelin‑starred restaurant.
- Prior experience in a similar high‑end establishment (internship or permanent role) expected.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English; proficiency in a third language is an asset.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems, specifically Seven Rooms.

Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant front‑of‑house roles, demonstrating refined guest relations and reservation management.
Education
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restauration or equivalent (LEA acceptable).
