Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks Guest Experience Manager in Saint Barthélemy to deliver luxury service excellence and personalized guest journeys.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome high-profile guests personally and ensure their wellbeing throughout their stay
  • Study guest profiles to personalize each stay and exceed expectations at every touchpoint
  • Anticipate guest needs and develop creative solutions to potential challenges
  • Build trusting relationships with guests and encourage them to share feedback and impressions
  • Collaborate with department heads across the property to ensure seamless and consistent guest experience
  • Prepare and manage guest stays with meticulous attention to detail
  • Coordinate Guest Experience team missions and work closely with Duty Managers

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat+3 to Baccalauréat+5 (Bachelor's to Master's degree) in hospitality management, gastronomy, tourism, or hotel management
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar role or in reception, client relations, or food & beverage in a luxury establishment
  • Proven sensitivity to the luxury universe, gastronomy, and ultra-personalized service standards

Experience
