Role & Responsibilities

  • Personally welcome high-profile guests and ensure their well-being throughout their stay
  • Study guest profiles to personalize and curate each stay experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and create innovative solutions to potential challenges
  • Build trusted relationships with guests and encourage them to share feedback and impressions
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to ensure consistent and seamless guest experience across all hotel operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in hospitality management, gastronomy, tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of successful experience in a similar guest-facing role, reception, client relations, or food and beverage management at a luxury establishment
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to ultra-luxury service, fine gastronomy, and highly personalized hospitality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Expertise with hotel property management systems (Opera, Cloud) and concierge platforms
