Cheval Blanc (LVMH) in Saint-Tropez seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the reception team and deliver exceptional guest service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of front-office Ambassadors to deliver an exceptional welcome and tailored guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Ensure flawless application of the Maison’s reception standards, including check-in/check-out, billing and bespoke service protocols.
- Collaborate closely with Concierges, Butlers, Housekeeping and F&B teams to coordinate personalised, end-to-end guest journeys.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer expert advice on services and experiences, maximising guest satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor service quality through daily briefings, quality checks and performance feedback; escalate and resolve guest incidents with discretion.
- Manage operational tasks including rota planning, time and priority management, and front-office reporting using Opera Cloud.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in luxury hospitality, hotel management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in front-office or guest reception roles within luxury hotels.
- Proven team management experience and demonstrable leadership of service teams.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Operational proficiency with Opera Cloud (property management system).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling and revenue optimisation at the front desk.
- Impeccable personal presentation, discretion and representational skills consistent with Cheval Blanc standards.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in front office or reception roles within the luxury hotel sector, with prior supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in hotel management / luxury hospitality or equivalent professional qualification.
