Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and first impression for all arriving and departing guests, embodying the maison's elegance and hospitality standards
  • Orchestrate guest arrivals and departures with seamless coordination, working collaboratively across all hotel departments
  • Anticipate guest expectations and deliver personalised responses to all requests with discretion and attentiveness

Qualifications

  • Advanced hospitality management qualification (Bachelor's degree equivalent or higher)
  • Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in a front office receptionist or similar guest-facing role
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud property management system preferred
  • Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance hospitality standards
