Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the House's standards of excellence, benevolence, and precision in all guest-facing interactions
- Deliver warm, personalized welcomes and identify guest needs with attentiveness and empathy
- Apply operational and LQA standards with rigor throughout guest stays
- Maintain exemplary relationships founded on confidentiality, discretion, and empathy
- Collect and communicate guest feedback for continuous improvement
- Update and maintain Cardex records and essential guest information accurately
- Manage administrative requisitions and coordinate between departments
- Support the Front Office team in maintaining an impeccable work environment
Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Hospitality or related field
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector preferred
- Fluent English (written and oral) mandatory
- Proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese) valued
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Opera Cloud PMS experience appreciated
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and discretion
- Rigour, precision, and organizational ability
- Analytical and synthesis capacity

Experience
Beginner level; preference for candidates with hospitality sector exposure or knowledge of luxury hotel operations. Demonstrated passion for hospitality and desire to progress within the industry essential.
Education
Tertiary education in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or equivalent hospitality-focused programme.
