Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with elegance and warmth, embodying the Maison's values of hospitality and discretion
- Collaborate closely with reception and front-office teams to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized responses to all requests
- Support check-in and check-out procedures with fluidity and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless guest journey

Qualifications
- Training in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration
- Demonstrated sales and communication aptitude

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
