Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest arrivals and departures, embodying the elegance and hospitality values of the Maison
- Orchestrate check-in and check-out procedures with fluidity while anticipating guest needs and expectations
- Provide personalized and detailed responses to guest requests across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Transform each interaction into a memorable and privileged moment through attentive service and meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Training or qualification in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector standards and practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud property management system preferred
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards preferred

Experience
Beginner level with foundational hotel management or hospitality background. No specific years of professional experience required. Training in hotel management or hospitality sector knowledge preferred.
Education
Formal training in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Hospitality Administration required or in progress.
