Cheval Blanc Paris seeks Front-of-House Coordinator in Paris, France. Luxury hospitality role managing guest reception and F&B operations coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage telephone and in-person reception of guests across food and beverage outlets, directing arrivals and seating in accordance with house procedures and standards
- Coordinate seamless information flow between front-of-house, kitchen, and hotel departments to ensure optimized guest care throughout service
- Participate in daily service briefings and coordinate with kitchen teams to transmit essential operational information
- Provide operational support to front-of-house teams before, during, and after service while monitoring guest satisfaction continuously
- Promote food and beverage outlets and hotel restaurant events to guests and stakeholders
- Execute administrative and organizational duties, including correspondence in French and English, distribution of point-of-sale materials, and management of the Executive Chef's calendar and scheduling
- Embody the discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail that define Cheval Blanc Paris hospitality standards
Qualifications
- Professional training in hospitality management, food service, or guest relations
- Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations and associated service requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Proficiency in office software and hospitality management/reservation systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex operations, and transmit information reliably across departments

Minimum 3 years of confirmed professional experience in a similar hospitality coordination or front-of-house role, ideally within luxury hotel operations or fine dining establishments.
