Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact and primary ambassador of the Maison, embodying refined hospitality at every guest arrival and departure.
- Orchestrate check‑ins and check‑outs with precision, anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized solutions in close coordination with internal teams.
- Manage guest enquiries and requests—ensuring discreet, responsive and bespoke service that enhances each stay.
- Maintain meticulous guest records and communications, liaising with F&B, housekeeping, concierge and operations to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Uphold the Maison’s quality standards through attention to detail, professional presentation and a polished, service‑oriented demeanour.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Hotel Management or Business/Management (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a front desk / guest relations role, preferably within luxury or boutique hotels.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Third language highly appreciated: Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese.
- Proven ability to deliver discreet, rigorous and detail‑driven service in a high‑touch environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in a similar front desk or guest relations position within luxury hospitality; demonstrable track record of delivering high‑end personalised service.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Hotel Management or Management (or equivalent).
