Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal guest interface upon arrival and departure, embodying the hotel's elegance and hospitality standards
  • Orchestrate check-ins and check-outs with fluidity whilst collaborating seamlessly with all departments
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised responses to each inquiry with discretion and attentiveness
  • Transform each guest interaction into a privileged moment, ensuring every stay is seamless, warm, and memorable
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, resort amenities, and local experiences to enhance guest recommendations

Qualifications

  • Advanced hospitality management qualification (BAC +4/5 minimum) or equivalent hotel management training
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in a front desk receptionist role at luxury hospitality establishments
  • Fluency in English and French (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud property management system (preferred)
