Cheval Blanc St‑Tropez seeks a Front Desk Intern in Saint‑Tropez, France — front-office internship delivering exceptional guest service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Cheval Blanc service standards and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) expectations in all guest interactions.
- Deliver a warm, personalised welcome in person and in writing; anticipate and identify guest needs with discretion.
- Respond to guest requests swiftly and confidentially; coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Manage reservations, follow up on services and maintain accurate records of guest stays and preferences (Cardex).
- Conduct escorted arrivals, room registrations and guided room visits, enhancing each guest interaction.
- Collect and record guest feedback to support continuous improvement of operations and service.
- Perform front‑office administrative duties: prepare daily reports, update exchange rates and shift briefings with precision.
- Process billing and payments accurately and manage requisitions and deliveries while maintaining an immaculate work environment.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business/Management (current student or recent graduate preferred).
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken); knowledge of a third language appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese).
- Basic commercial aptitude with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and discretion in guest relations.
- Proven rigour, attention to detail, responsiveness and strong team collaboration.

Entry‑level / suitable for beginners and students; no prior professional experience required though prior internships in hospitality are advantageous.
Education
Higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business/Management; current enrollment in a related programme or recent graduate preferred.
