Role & Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests with elegance and warmth, embodying the hospitality standards of a five-star luxury palace hotel
- Orchestrate check-ins and check-outs with fluidity, anticipating guest expectations and delivering personalized solutions
- Collaborate closely with all department teams to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences
- Process reservations and manage front-office operations with precision and discretion
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with responsiveness and attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions
Qualifications
- Upper-level education in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration (BAC +4/5 or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in a front desk or guest services role within a luxury hospitality setting
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud property management system (preferred)
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance hospitality standards
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal relations and guest communication
