Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Front Desk Ambassador for luxury hotel guest relations and reservations management in Paris, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries with responsiveness and discretion
- Receive, process, and transfer telephone communications and correspondence to appropriate departments
- Personalize restaurant and spa reservation management, cultivating privileged guest relationships through attention and professionalism
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with warmth, efficiency, and unwavering courtesy
- Maintain meticulous follow-up on all guest matters to ensure complete satisfaction throughout their stay
- Ensure accurate circulation of information across departments to support seamless guest experiences
- Serve as a primary point of contact, demonstrating empathy, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat+2 or equivalent hospitality qualification (BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration, Bac Techno Hôtellerie, CAP Services Hôteliers, CQP Réceptionniste, or MC Accueil Réception)
- Fluent English and French (written and oral) — mandatory
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector
- Strong general knowledge and tourist awareness, particularly of Paris and the surrounding region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- First experience in reservations or reception preferred

Education
