Cheval Blanc Paris hospitality internship in Japanese fine dining. Support luxury restaurant operations in the Hakuba restaurant, Île de la Cité, Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the restaurant manager in daily operations and gain practical experience in fine dining service
- Participate in restaurant setup, cleaning, and organization according to hotel procedures
- Provide courteous and attentive service of food and beverages, including clearing and equipment maintenance
- Ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, stewarding, cellar)
- Maintain compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and report safety concerns to management
- Assist in internal reporting documentation and promotion of hotel services and products
Qualifications
- Formal training or qualification in hospitality and food service
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality and fine dining operations
- Understanding of HACCP food hygiene protocols
- Sales aptitude and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems (Micros) preferred
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

Entry-level or no prior professional experience required; strong foundation in hospitality or culinary studies preferred.
Education
Diploma or formal certification in hospitality and food service management, or equivalent educational background in culinary arts.
