Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver refined, attentive table service in line with the maison's luxury standards and the 'art de recevoir'.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant leadership and culinary teams to ensure precise timing and seamless guest flow across multiple dining outlets.
- Anticipate guest needs, present menu items with elegance and accuracy, and support elevated guest relations throughout service.
- Maintain consistent service quality in both high‑volume and intimate settings through composure, attention to detail and teamwork.
- Adhere to all hygiene, sanitation and safety procedures and contribute to a polished, immaculate dining environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury or fine‑dining service, preferably within high‑standard restaurants, multi‑outlet operations or resort environments.
- Demonstrable knowledge of food and beverage service standards and detailed menu familiarity.
