Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive guests with elegance, anticipate needs and deliver personalised service throughout their visit.
- Advise guests on menu and product selections; actively promote and sell café and branded products to contribute to revenue targets.
- Take orders, process payments and manage point‑of‑sale transactions accurately while maintaining a high level of discretion.
- Ensure the presentation and upkeep of the café and retail area; maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create memorable guest moments and support a cohesive, high‑performance team environment.
Qualifications
- HACCP knowledge and adherence to hygiene standards.
