Cheval Blanc Paris seeks Food & Beverage Intern for Michelin-starred restaurant Le Tout-Paris. Paris, France. Luxury hospitality internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in mise-en-place and maintenance of restaurant dining spaces to ensure operational fluidity and service elegance
- Develop expertise in personalized guest reception and attentive service delivery under the guidance of experienced Chefs de Rang
- Ensure seamless liaison between kitchen and dining room, coordinating order delivery with precision and responsiveness
- Participate in pre-service briefings, training sessions, and special events to cultivate professional standards
- Assist in maintaining hygiene protocols and service excellence standards aligned with luxury dining expectations
Qualifications
- Formal training in hotel management or culinary arts
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments
- Demonstrated gastronomic knowledge and cultural awareness
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
