Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Food & Beverage Coordinator for on-site role managing guest services and restaurant operations across luxury hospitality property.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate guest reception, orientation, and reservation management with meticulous attention to detail and service excellence
  • Facilitate seamless communication between culinary teams, guest services, and hotel departments before, during, and after service periods
  • Process and coordinate special requests and administrative requirements from guests and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and execute pre-service briefings and post-service debrief documentation
  • Monitor and manage food and beverage operational tools, systems, and associated metrics
  • Prepare billing documentation, invoices, and F&B-related administrative records
  • Create and maintain correspondence and operational support materials in French and English
  • Support F&B leadership with strategic projects, reporting initiatives, and key documentation management
  • Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in a hotel or fine dining establishment
  • Fluent English with working proficiency in French
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team coordination experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving ability
  • Flawless personal presentation and impeccable grooming standards
  • Sound understanding of luxury hospitality operations and guest expectations
