Cheval Blanc Seychelles hiring Food & Beverage Assistant Manager on Mahé. Luxury resort seeks experienced F&B leader.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Food & Beverage in managing all dining outlets and hospitality facilities across the resort
- Oversee daily operations of multiple culinary venues including Mizumi (Asian), Vivamento (Italian), Sula (beach club), Le 1947 (French gastronomic), and Le White (cosmopolitan restaurant)
- Establish and implement multi-skilled team development programmes to optimize guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered across outlets and maintain consistent quality standards
- Create favourable first and last impressions through the promotion of professionalism, appearance standards, and exemplary guest service
- Support banqueting operations and special events coordination
- Maintain compliance with resort standards and luxury hospitality protocols
Qualifications
- Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and Catering
- National Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- First Aid qualification
- Experience in a Michelin-starred establishment
- Banqueting operations experience
- Inventory and Revenue Development (IRD) experience
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience within luxury hospitality establishments, with at least 4 years in a similar Food & Beverage Assistant Manager or equivalent operational management role. Prior experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, banqueting operations, and sophisticated resort environments is essential.
Education
Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and Catering, National Diploma in Hospitality, and First Aid qualification required. Additional professional development programmes in Food & Beverage operations are preferred.
